I have a friend who says he knows HTML and he'll only charge me $100/page. Why should I use your company?

Just because your friend "knows HTML" or has an HTML editor doesn't mean they know how to design a fully effective and functional web site. There is no substitute for years of hands-on training and experience in designing a visually pleasing site that loads quickly and is navigationally friendly. What you're really paying for is this knowledge. When you compare our work to work done by similar companies, you'll see that our prices are very competitive to what you'll find elsewhere.

How long will it take to complete my site?

The normal production time for a five-page site is four to six weeks after we have received all of the content from the client.

Can I update my own site?

You most certainly can, but remember that we offer one half-hour of updates for free each month to our hosting clients. We'll help you learn how to update your site, but we recommend you only make minor updates. We've seen too many people ruin their sites trying to tackle major changes on their own.

Do you re-design existing sites?

Yes. We enjoy breathing new life into an existing design. We can update your "look" and bring your site into the new millennium with a great facelift.

Can you help me understand what you're doing without all the technical jargon? I don't understand all these new computer terms.

That's one of the things we like best about working with a diverse group of clientele – educating our clients about the Internet and how to use it for the benefit of promoting their company. We have clients that surf the Web all day and those that have never used email before. We'll teach you and your employees everything you need to know about the inner-workings of the World Wide Web.

What is a basic overview of the process from start to finish?

We will create three different looks for you to choose from. If we have to tweak the looks again to create a fourth look, we will. After choosing your design and receiving your content (i.e. text, pictures you prefer, ideas), we work expeditiously to get the rest of the site completed within a specified timeframe.
